Preview with sample data. Nothing is saved: reloading starts over. To try the hemodialysis features, set Dialysis to Hemodialysis in Profile, save, then use the suggested targets it offers.
The app did not start
The app's files did not finish loading. Try reloading.
If you use a VPN such as NetBird, Tailscale or WireGuard and the app works on your home network, the VPN may be
dropping large files. The person who runs your server can fix that.
HTTPS required. This server has more than one account, so signing in over plain HTTP is turned off: anyone on the network could read passwords. Open the app's https:// address instead, or ask your admin (see docs/https.md).
This connection is not encrypted (plain HTTP). Use it only on a network you trust. Inviting other people needs HTTPS; your admin can set it up with docs/https.md.
Your sign-in proxy did not tell the app who you are. Your sign-in there may have expired.
If this keeps happening, ask your admin to check the proxy settings (docs/accounts.md).
You are already signed in.

Combinations you eat often. Add one to any day as planned or eaten, scaled if needed.

Everything planned for the visible week, grouped by food. Checks are kept only on this device. Share list or Copy list sends what is not ticked yet to any list app.

Ask
Ask about today's numbers, a food, or what fits in the rest of your day. You can also ask it to log or plan a food, or to save a recipe. The assistant looks up your own targets and food log, and the app checks its answer before you see it.
Settings
Your account and password, theme, food-data keys, installing the app on this device, and (for admins) people and server settings.
Lab results
Type results from your blood and urine tests. Potassium and phosphate can change your suggested limits; nothing changes your saved targets until you save them in Profile.
Add a result
Import from a spreadsheet
A CSV file with a date column and one column per test, for example Date, Potassium (mmol/L), Creatinine (umol/L). Patient portals and spreadsheet apps can usually save one. The file is read on this device: you check every result before saving, and only the results you keep are sent.
Up to 1 MB and 1,000 rows.
Import from Apple Health (clinical records)
If you linked your health system in the iPhone Health app, its lab results are in the Health export as small files. They are read on this device and nothing is uploaded: you check every result before saving, and only the results you keep are sent.
In the Health app, tap your picture (top right), then Export All Health Data, and save the zip to Files.
Back here, choose export.zip below.
If you already unzipped it in Files: open apple_health_export and clinical-records, and in the file box below go to clinical-records, tap Select, then Select All.
Up to 2,000 files, 1 MB each. Only lab results the app keeps are read; names and other details in the files are ignored.
Import from a patient portal file (C-CDA .xml)
Patient portals such as MyChart can give you your health summary as an XML file. It is read on this device and nothing is uploaded: you check every result before saving, and only the results you keep are sent.
In your patient portal (for example MyChart), open your health summary or a visit summary and choose Download. If it offers a choice of formats, pick the XML one (also called C-CDA or CCD), not the PDF. The names of the menus differ between portals.
Back here, choose the .xml file below. You can choose several.
Up to 20 files, 5 MB each. Only the Results section is read, and only lab results the app keeps; names and other details in the files are ignored.
Read a lab report photo or PDF
Take a photo or a screenshot of your lab report, or choose the PDF from your lab's website. The AI on your own network copies the printed results; nothing is saved until you check each one against the report, tick it and press Save. The report may show your name and date of birth, so crop the photo to the results table if you can. A PDF stays on this device: you choose the pages, and only those pages are drawn here and sent as pictures.
The photo or the pages you choose are sent to your local AI and are not kept.

My questions
Write what you want to ask. The list stays on this page only: it is not saved on this device, not sent to your server and never seen by the AI. Print it or save it as a PDF before you leave the page.
Checklist from the handbook
This page lists what you recorded in the app. It does not say what a result or a symptom means: your care team does.
